The SLJ 10k course is a fabulous way to increase your running strength and stamina over 6 weeks. We run this course twice a year to help prepare for 10k race. The course is suitable for anyone who is currently able to run 4.5 miles without stopping.
If you can run 10k but would like to improve on your time - this course is perfect for you.
Duration - The course is over 6 weeks. If you miss a week we can send you some 'homework!'
