We welcome members who all have very differing reasons for joining us. Perhaps they are new to jogging and want a gentle way into it on our 10 week Beginner Course, perhaps they have just moved into the area and want to meet others like them.

Ladies who cannot make our weekday runs can enjoy our evening and weekend runs with both faster and steadier options. Some members want the challenge of a race so our courses help them train effectivly without overtraining. We also offer Bootcamp, Hill & Speed sessions which are a great way to do the hard work in the company of others.

Many of our members enjoy our Power Walking sessions or come to Fitball classes to tone their back and core muscles.

Our Rusty Runner sessions are great for ladies who used to run but due to work, family or injury, have lost their fitness and confidence. Some of our members find out about SLJ though our Mens club Oaks Blokes although it is normally the other way round!
