Weekday Group Runs - at a glance ( Weekend runs click here)
Monday Wednesday and Friday 9.15am
On these days we have a group run leaving Hollybush at 9.15am. We generally run about 4.5-5.5 miles and the run is suitable for steady and slightly faster runners.
Tuesday and Thursday Gentle Joggers at 9.45
This run is for those who want a slightly shorter steadier run than our other group sessions. It may be a great way for those who have not been able to run for some time due to injury, workload, children etc to get back into running. Normally the distance covered is around 3 miles/5k, with walk breaks along the way.
Thursday Trail Run 09.15
We have a regular slightly longer trail run on a Thursday covering 5-8/9 miles.
