Gentle Jogging groups - Saturday 9.15 Tuesday 9.45 Thursday 9.45
During the week we have two Gentle Jogging groups which are perfect for those who enjoy a slightly shorter 3-3.5 mile run, chatting with your running buddies and taking a walk break when we get to the hills. This group can be a nice way to get your confidence back if you haven't run for a while, or perhaps you have been recovering after an injury and want a shorter run for a few weeks.
On a Saturday we also have a Gentle Jogging group, this is run at the same time as the main group run at 9.15.
No need to pre book but you do need to have completed the SLJ Registration form. All SLJ members welcome to run, just one SLJ token per session. Non members welcome to join for £6 per session.
