Gentle Jogging groups

Our Gentle Jogging groups are perfect if you enjoy a steady run, chatting with your running buddies and walking UP the hills! No set distance each week but around 3-3.5 miles  with regular walk breaks. 

If you haven't run for a while and want a gentle start back, this might be perfect for you. 

No need to pre book but you do need to have completed the SLJ Registration form     All SLJ members welcome to run, just one SLJ token per session. Non members welcome to join for £6 per session.
