Mums and Kids Fitness sessions

Monday 8th August, Monday 15th August & 22nd August - 9.30 -10.30

Cost - £10 for Mum and up to 2 children. Extra children 1 SLJ token.                                                                                                                   Mums with no kids wanting to join them are welcome to come along - one pink SLJ token! 

During the long summer holidays it can be difficult to find time to exercise and keep up all that hard earned fitness. Popping the kids in front of a screen is something we all do on occasions but it doesn't really set the example that we want it to. 

To help you keep to at least one exercise session each week, we have put together a programme of 3  Monday sessions which will take place at Hollybush. 

The session will consist of a warm up, then the parents will work out on one end of the field, the children at the other. We will end with a 'game' and some stretches.

You need to register BEFORE the session so we have a idea of numbers and ages of the children. Parents of children under 14 MUST stay with their children but can, if injured, sit and watch the session in view of the children. 


The session will cost £10 for one adult and up to 2 children. Any additional children can be brought along at a cost of one SLJ token. There will be at least two coaches taking the session, more if numbers require it. Our coaches are First Aid trained.  Older children ( 12+) will be separate from younger ones, doing the same session as the 'adults'. 


Hollybush Rec, sessions will start at 9.15 ( meet and register from 9am) and will finish promptly at 10.15. 

Please check that your child has got a drink of water, sunscreen on, is wearing a hat & old clothes suitable for crawling and jumping!
