SLJ Beginners Pilates Course

Watching a Pilates class on a screen is one way to keep strong and fit but having an instructor to guide you and watch you as you move into the varying positions, is far better.
SLJ have worked hard to take your favourite classes online so now you can join our instructor, Priska from the comfort and safety of your own home - and get back to basics with Pilates by attending our 6 week beginners course! If you are new to SLJ fitness classes we will ask you to complete our health form before your first class - we look forward to seeing you on your mat soon!
Beginners Pilates classes take place on Tuesdays 6.15pm
