Abs Arms Arse 4 week online course

Abs, Arms and Arse Course Level 2

This is a 4 week course designed specifically for women aged 40 and over who want to so some strength training. The classes are hosted on zoom twice a week and the recordings of the class are sent to you so you can watch them again.

Each class is just 30 minutes long - you are encouraged to so a short warm up before you log into the class to get your body ready for moving.


Why would you sign up for this course? 

  1. Because you will be able get your workout done and still be ready to face the world by 9am.

  2. Because you need short effective workout, ideally one where you don't have to wash your hair afterwards!

  3. Because you want to work on the three areas of the body that most women would like to change - Abs, Arms and Arse! 

  4. Because you know that resistance exercise is VITAL for health and weight control from our 40's onwards. 

But above all -Because you'd like to feel more confident in your skin, you'd like to wear short shorts, strappy tops and maybe even a bikini, (in total private perhaps!) knowing that although you'll never have the body of a 30 year old again, you have looked after the body you have to make it the best it can be!

Who is it for?

  • Women who are busy & need an effective workout designed specifically for women - not 32 year old men!

  • Women with varying levels of fitness, so if you have a niggle in your knee, I can make adaptions to suit.

  • Women who are prepared to show up with a smile, be enthusiastic, prepared to work hard WITH me.

Who is it not for?

  • MEN! 

  • If you regularly lift your own body weight over your head, this won't be right for you.

  • Anyone currently recovering from a severe injury to a knee, hip, piriformis, wrist, shoulder, or someone who has had surgery in the last three months or a baby in the last 6 months. 

If you have got an old injury or you had surgery 3-6 months ago, please get in touch with me to discuss this prior to signing up for the course. In most cases I can adapt things to make it suitable for you - but only if I know well in advance!

What you get

  • 30 minutes of LIVE coaching with Sam on Monday and Wednesday 08.00 - 08.30

  • Mondays classes will be using bodyweight only

  • Wednesdays classes will use hand weights which you will need to have. ( 2L bottles of water or sand work well as a substitute) 

  • Watch again later - your sessions will be recorded and sent to so you can repeat them if you wish.

  • BONUS - Get a sweat on and join the HIIT 45 class on a Tuesday evening 18.00 - 18.45 for 4 weeks.
