Our NEW 5 week course is for you if
You have done some running in the past
You want to start slowly and build up gently
You need someone to motivate you
You want your fit strong body back again
You enjoy being part of a supportive group
The course starts on Saturday 7th OR Monday 9th September for 5 weeks. You will leave at 9.15am and be back by about 10.30am. We will build up your fitness, starting with a walk/run to help you get back your running fitness and confidence.
