Is it time to REIGNITE your running?

Running is a great way to keep fit and get some fresh air but sometimes life gets in the way and we need a bit of a nudge to get going again!

So here it is - YOUR nudge, your chance to Re Ignite your running!

Our NEW 5 week course is for you if

  • You have done some running in the past

  • You want to start slowly and build up gently

  • You need someone to motivate you

  • You want your fit strong body back again

  • You enjoy being part of a supportive group

The course starts on Saturday 7th OR Monday 9th September for 5 weeks. You will leave at 9.15am and be back by about 10.30am. We will build up your fitness, starting with a walk/run to help you get back your running fitness and confidence.

During the course we recommend you do a second run per week,  so you are welcome to come along to any Gentle Jogging session on Tuesday or Thursday at 9.45. You can use an SLJ token ( I’m sure you still have some!) or buy more HERE.
