Foam Roller Class

Once again Priska will be taking a foam roller workshop this Saturday 16th March at 9.30am. Using a foam roller after exercise is a fantastic way of relieving sore glutes and tight achy muscles. It is also incredibly relaxing! 

The aim of the class is to show you (or if you have been before, remind you) how to use the foam roller correctly. The class will be held in the SLJ studio, your Foam Rollers is provided all you have to do is come along and enjoy it!
