Are you someone who gets excited by the thought of a 30 challenge, only to find that it doesn’t really do you any good. perhaps you’ve done the Plank challenge, the Squat challenge or the No Sugar challenge but ended up going back to your old ways purely because there was no one to support you - or you didn’t notice any benefit?
A few years ago I decided to spend a month, just before Christmas, being a bit stricter with myself to see if I could hit the festive period feeling calmer, more rested and a couple of pounds lighter. The 30 days was enough for me, I didn’t feel deprived, it fitted around early Christmas parties and now I’m sharing this plan FREE for anyone who wants to join me this year.
The 30 day Midlife Makeover is FREE on a private Facebook page. It will start on Monday 5th November and EVERY DAY I will share something with you as part of the challenge. Included will be lifestyle help, nutritional content, some tasty recipes and short information videos covering a range of topics. On average you will have to dedicate about 5 minutes each day to the page and then you choose which of the tasks you’d like to do.
