SLJ Fitball classes
This is a fun total body workout class and is suitable for beginners to advanced fitness levels. Far from just sitting on the ball and bouncing, we use the ball, plus bands, weights, wobble boards and mats to increase muscle strength, improve balance, and enjoy a varied female focused workout. All equipment is provided. During the class you are able to work at your own level so that you get the most form the class.
The class may not be suitable if you have a back or neck injury, or if you have had a baby within the last 4 months, please contact us if you have an enquiry
Cost per class for a 11 week course -£88 SLJ member - £99 Non Member.
NOTE ** If you find out about our classes and term has already started, you are still welcome to join subject to spaces being available. Just email us to get you started.
Our courses start week commencing 16th September and run for 11 weeks. There are no classes in Half Term which is 21st - 25th October. All classes are for ladies only.
Monday - 19.00 2 spaces
Tuesday - 08.15 - 4 spaces 09.15 - 5 spaces 10.15 - 4 spaces
Wednesday - 11.15 - 4 spaces 19.00 - 4 spaces
