We will have a Rusty Runner coach on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 9.15 and Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm too.
We have a new beginner course with both daytime & evening sessions starting in April so you might like to do that course again or, if you loved the people but weren't sure about the running, why not try our Power Walking group. We also do a Monday Bootcamp, a one hour session for non gym bunnies, designed to help tine up wobbly bits and make you both fitter & stronger.
