NEW YLJ Fitness sessions
We are pleased to be bringing back a new updated version of our popular YLJ sessions on Saturday mornings in the summer.
Our sessions will be fitness based concentrating on building strength and stamina rather than longer distance running. These sessions will start at Hollybush Rec, where our SLJ sessions start, and are open to all girls aged 13-15.
It is important to point out that the YLJ she sessions are aimed at girls who tend not to be sporty at school therefore lose fitness and confidence.
