Enjoy a combination of all the SLJ fitness options in our new Tuesday evening studio class.A combination of Hi Metabolic Workout, Abs & Core work out, Strength & Shape workout will keep you challenged and entertained and help you get to a new level of both fitness and strength.
These classes are suitable for all levels of fitness, you work at a level that is right for you. This session works as a part of a fitness regime, perfect as an addition to walking, running, yoga or fitball, to work different muscles and keep your heart rate high. Classes are 60 minutes in the SLJ studio. Venue details are sent once the course is booked and paid for.
