Time for you - three days dedicated to fitness, healthy food, rest & relaxation. 

We are really excited to be repeating our hugely popular three day fitness break in March at St Julians near Underriver. Each day will start at 09.00 with morning, mid morning and afternoon classes suitable  for all

The course is run over three days, come to all three or just one or two days. 

Classes available  This year we will be introducing a variety of classes including our popular Hi Metabolic workout, an exciting new functional movement class delivered by Alessandro Sabo,a chance to try a sweat on in a boxing fitness class from guest coach Chris, longer and shorter running sessions, power walks and of course, some lovely relaxing classes such as Yoga, Pilates and a wonderfully relaxing Foam Roller class. On Wednesday afternoon we will be relaxing while you learn how to give a simple back and shoulder massage to each other under the watchful eye of Silke Thistlewood, and on Thursday afternoon we are very excited to welcome Fleur McCrone to talk to us about how to create the perfect capsule wardrobe.  

Food and drinks After the first class we will have a mid morning break where you can enjoy fruit or herb teas or coffee. We will revive your sugar levels with our Power Bars or a juice giving you a chance to try a variety of recipes. A mid morning class of your choice will precede a homemade tasty lunch designed to inspire you to try some different foods, no floppy cheese sandwiches allowed! At the end of the day we will serve afternoon tea and you can sample our healthy tasty cakes. 

Throughout the three days we are looking forward to showcasing some stunning well priced jewelry from Eva Kingston at Portico Gallery, some spring clothing from Captain Tortue and a brand new perfume range from Yura Maru'e. Feel free to browse, smell and try during our relaxation times.  

After the afternoon sessions we will finish with a chat and some downtime, compare notes over a slice of courgette cake or some other treat that you may not have expected.
