Here is a brief outline of what's on offer at SLJ this January! 

FREE Taster session

January 7th - if you are thinking about joining our walking or jogging groups then come along to this free taster class and meet our members and coaches. There will be a group for Complete Beginners and a group for those who'd rather walk.

Rusty Runners 4 week course £25/£35

January 2017: Rusty Runners  9.15  Saturday -  starts 7th January

Beginners Jogging 8 week course £60

January 2017: Complete Beginner Jogging Course    9.15  Saturday -  starts 14th January

January 2017: Complete Beginner Jogging Course    9.15Wednesday -  starts 18th January

January 2017: Complete Beginner Jogging Course    9.15  Friday -  starts 20th January 

 

Power Walking 

January 2015; Power Walking 9.15 Saturday - starts 3rd January  

January 2015; Power Walking 9.15 Monday - starts 5th January

Yoga 5 weeks £50

January 2015: Yoga for Runners Mondays   13.30-14.45 Starts 12th January  TBC               

January 2015: Yoga for Runners Thursday  13.30-14.45  Starts 15th January TBC            

January 2015: Increase your Distance - Saturdays

Hi Metabolic Workout sessions.
