The Menopause Solutions course is for anyone in the Peri Menopause or post Menopause who knows they aren't as happy and as energetic as they used to be, who wants to feel strong, vibrant and yes - sexy again.

The Menopause Solutions course is in two parts, you spend one full day learning and sharing, then follow an on line plan with personal support for 7 weeks.

Course includes - Part A and Part B

  • One full day of learning with Sam Palmer - menopause expert including lunch and tea/coffee on January 5th

  • Two 20 minute one to one coaching phone or video calls with Sam Palmer

  • FREE access to 6 Hi Met exercise classes with SLJ on a Monday or Friday at 9.15 or a Monday evening at 8pm or a Tuesday evening at 7.00 pm.

  • A personalised questionnaire to determine what type of food burner you are so you can make specific changes that will

  • A personalised exercise plan for you - that you can stick to!

  • Two menopause specific workout videos you can follow along to in your own time

  • One recuperative exercise video to follow along to once a week - bliss!

  • A three day plan to help you kick start weight loss and belly bloat

  • A 28 day eating plan to introduce you to new flavours and foods all designed to support the changing hormones in the Menopause.
