In October we would like to offer you the opportunity to do four weeks of Increase your Speed training.
Saturday 4 Weeks - 29th October, 1st, 12th,19th November.
PLUS Pre Course 5k on 22nd October.

Please indicate which time suits you best - I will go with the majority. As we are concentrating on Speed each session will not be longer than 60 minutes.
Strength + Style + Stamina = Better Results!
Ladies who opt for this course should currently be able to run 4 miles without stopping at a nice steady pace- speed is NOT important.
We will be helping your Strength by doing some short interval type training, an Oregon Trail runs and a Hill sessions plus one week at the end concentrating on Pre Race preparation and stretching. The Style element of the course will help you make small changes to your running technique to enable you to run more efficiently with a reduced risk of injury. As for Stamina, well this course will help you run faster over sustained distances by regulating your pace and helping you to control your breathing.
The course is suitable for mixed abilities as you will be put into a group with ladies of similar ability. The course will run on dependent on numbers.
