If you love to sweat but injury or pain means you don't enjoy jumping, bouncy classes, our Hi Met classes may be perfect for you. After a 10 minute warm up a series of exercises work you all over, increasing your heart rate, leaving you with an all over glow and a calorie burn which continues even after you've finished.
It is really important to get the feel of any new class before you decide it is something you'd enjoy so we'd like to offer you the chance to try a session free. Choose from any one of our studio based classes or come along and meet the coaches at our next Beginner Jogging course for complete beginners or try one of our famous Power Walk classes, great outdoor exercise.
