SLJ Fitball classes
This is a fun total body workout class and is suitable for beginners to advanced fitness levels. Far from just sitting on the ball and bouncing, we use the ball, plus bands, weights, wobble boards and mats to increase muscle strength, improve balance, and enjoy a varied female focused workout. All equipment is provided. During the class you are able to work at your own level so that you get the most form the class. The class may not be suitable if you have a back or neck injury, or if you have had a baby within the last 4 months, please contact us if you have an enquiry
Cost per class for a 10 week course -
- Full term £80 SLJ member £90 Non Member
- Half Term - not currently available although it is possible to start late in the term.
April - July 2018 Classes - start 16th/17th/18th April for ten weeks.
