September Beginner Jogging Course
Which day would you like to join?
We leave promptly at 9.15 or 7.30 and start with our tried and tested SLJ warm up. After this we do our jog session, this is a jog/walk programme which has been perfected over the last 13 years of running these courses, and it works!!
Once we are back at Hollybush we will then do a group stretch, in general the whole session takes about an hour and a quarter, don't worry - you won't be jogging all that time.
