Summer 15 Beginner Jogging Course £50
The course starts on Wednesday 17th June 19.30 for 6 weeks.
We leave promptly at 7.30 on Wednesday evenings and start with our tried and tested SLJ warm up. After this we do our jog session, this is a jog/walk programme which has been perfected over the last 13 years of running these courses, and it works!!
Once we are back at Hollybush we will then do a group stretch, in general the whole session takes about an hour and a quarter, don't worry - you won't be jogging all that time.
