Courses start on 13th & 16th September for 8 weeks. No course during Half Term 23-27 October.
SLJ 8 week beginner jogging courses are perfect for those who would like to learn to jog, and enjoy it, in the company of others. On the SLJ Beginner course you get so much more than one run a week.
