Courses will start on 10th and 13th January TBC 8 weeks. No course during Half Terms.
SLJ 8 week beginner jogging courses are perfect for those who would like to learn to jog, and enjoy it, in the company of others. On the SLJ Beginner course you get so much more than one run a week.
